Everything in a standard clean, plus the parts that get skipped: baseboards and trim, door frames and switch plates, ceiling fans, light fixtures, window sills and tracks, inside the microwave, cabinet fronts, grout scrubbing in tile and showers, and behind or under furniture we can safely move. Oven and fridge interiors are add-ons because they take real time.
A typical three-bed, two-bath deep clean runs four to six hours with a two-person crew. Move-outs, garages and post-construction take longer. We'll give you an honest time range with your quote — and if we finish early, the flat price doesn't change.
